PS4: se la vendi a Gamestop ricevi $200

Purtroppo l'iniziativa è riservata unicamente al suolo americano ma, se siete li, potete vendere la vostra PS4 (a patto che sia funzionante) a Gamestop e riceverete $200.

In tutto il resto del mondo, vale ancora la possibilità di vendere console, giochi e smartphone in cambio di denaro.

Gamestop: pre order del bundle PS4+Destiny cancellati

Molti degli utenti che hanno fatto il pre order del bundle PS4 e Destiny Ghost Edition si sono visti cancellare l'ordine per problemi di approvvigionamento.

Gamestop ha mandato una mail agli utenti dicendo che si scusano per il disguido e che manderanno una PS4 ed una copia del gioco Destiny Ghost Edition che potranno anche scambiare con altro.

Sicuramente, almeno, la buona volontà da parte di Gamestop di scusarsi con i propri clienti.

Hyrule Warriors: DLC esclusivi per i rivenditori

Durante Hyrule Warriors Direct è stato annunciato che a seconda del rivenditore presso cui si farà l'acquisto del gioco, si potranno avere dei DLC esclusivi.

Al momento sono stati annunciati i DLC per GameStop e per Amazon; con il primo avremo a disposizione i costumi di Ocarina Of Time per Zelda e Link mentre con il secondo avremo i costumi di Twilight Princess sempre per Zelda e Link.

Questa è la prima volta che Nintendo rilascia dei contenuti esclusivi a seconda del rivenditore da cui si acquista il gioco a differenza delle altre console per le quali è una prassi consolidata.

GameStop e lo scambio dei giochi

In una recente intervista il presidente di Gamestop, Tony Bartel, ha rivelato che solo il 40% dei propri clienti è a conoscenza della politica degli scambi dell'azienda.

Bartel prosegue dicendo che sei su dieci persone che entrano in un negozio non sanno che possono scambiare i propri giochi per contanti o per buoni da spendere nel negozio.

Gamestop guadagna circa 1,2 miliardi di dollari l'anno solo con il mercato dei giochi usati.

In a recent interview the president of GameStop, Tony Bartel revealed that only 40% of their customers are aware of the trade policy of the company. 

Bartel goes on to say that six out of ten people who enter a store not know that they can exchange their games for cash or vouchers to spend in the store. 

Gamestop earns about $ 1.2 billion a year just in the market for used games.
