Inoltre, saranno introdotte nuove mappe, una nuova modalità di gioco, nuove armi e due nuovi personaggi del calibro di Lando Calrissian e del cacciatore di taglie Dengar.

EA ha annunciato ufficialmente il Season Pass di Star Wars Battlefront che, al prezzo di 49.90€, permette di accedere a tutte le prossime espansioni.

Al momento le ambientazioni non sono state comunicate ma, con il Season Pass, si avrà la possibilità di accedere con due settimane di anticipo ai nuovi contenuti.

Star Wars: Battlefront la beta non girerà alla stessa risoluzione

Star Wars Battlefront a breve potrà essere giocato nella sua forma beta ma già è stato annunciato che non girerà alla medesima risoluzione su PS4 ed Xbox One.

Su PS4 potremo vedere il titolo a 900p mentre su Xbox One a 720p. Nvidia, per la parte PC, ha distribuito i nuovi driver per le proprie schede appositamente ottimizzati per il nuovo gioco.

Per gli amanti di Playstation e del mondo di Star Wars, questa non può che essere una notizia che farà molto piacere visto che è stata annunciata una versione speciale di PS4 con raffigurata l'effige del Sith più famoso di tutti i tempi!

La console sarà disponibile sia in Nord America che in Europa a partire da Novembre e farà parte di un bundle con Disney Infinity 3.0, 3 statuette, la base per giocare ed un voucher digitale per scaricare i primi quattro capitoli della serie Star Wars.
Se non siete interessati potrete anche optare per la sola console, il joypad e la copia di Star Wars Battlefront (oltre al voucher digitale di cui parlavo poco prima)

Star Wars Battlefront 3: Tatooine confermato

Dopo la conferma del pianeta ghiacciato di Hoth e della foresta di Endor quali campi di battaglia del prossimo episodio di Star Wars Battlefront; ognuno con veicoli ripresi fedelmente dai film di Star Wars, ecco che appare anche il pianeta desertico di Tatooine.

Questa notizia è trapelata perchè uno sviluppatore di DICE avrebbe indicato da dove derivano le foto usate per la mappatura dei terreni dei singoli posti.

Ecco, quindi, comparire la Norvegia per il pianeta Hoth, le foreste della California per Endor e la Tunisia per il pianeta Tatooine.

Non ci resta che attendere nuove informazioni.

DICE: il prossimo Star Wars Battlefront sarà il migliore mai creato

DICE ha deciso di rilasciare una dichiarazione secondo la quale il prossimo episodio di Star Wars Battlefront sarà il miglior gioco ambientato nell'universo creato da George Lucas mai creato prima.

L'idea di fondo di DICE è quella di rendere il titolo il più possibile fedele a quello che i fan si aspettano, riproducendo in maniera assolutamente fedele le animazioni e  gli effetti, potendo contare sulle macchine di nuova generazione.

Per chi non lo sapesse, DICE è lo studio che si occupa tra le altre cose dello sviluppo di Battlefield e sarà impegnato nel reebot della serie di Mirror's Edge.

Non ci resta che attendere nuove informazioni più avanti.
